Dess Yalı's meeting room is allocated to you alone for the duration of your booking. The room seats up to 14 people and is laid out according to the size of your group.
A presentation screen with HDMI connection and a whiteboard are ready in the room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Coffee, water and refreshments are served to the table, so there is no need to interrupt your meeting.

Questions we are asked
- How many people does the meeting room seat?
- The room seats up to 14 people. The table layout is arranged according to the size of your group.
- How much does the meeting room cost?
- The price depends on the date, the hours you choose, the number of guests and any catering you want. Once you submit a booking request on the site we send you a quote over WhatsApp.
- What is the minimum booking length?
- One hour. You may also book half a day or a full day; you set the start and end time yourself on the calendar.
- How is a booking confirmed?
- Pick a date and time, leave your details, and your request is recorded with a reference number. Our team gets back to you on WhatsApp; the booking is confirmed once we approve it.
- Do you serve food and drinks in the room?
- Coffee, water and refreshment packages are served to the table. Add your request to the note field on the booking form and the details are settled when we speak.
- Is there a presentation screen and connection?
- The room has a presentation screen with an HDMI connection. Bring your laptop and connect directly; if you need a different connector, please let us know in advance.
- Are you open at weekends?
- The meeting room is available every day including weekends, 09:00 to 23:00. The cafe itself opens at 07:30.
- Can I cancel or change the time?
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your reference number; we will move the booking subject to availability, or cancel it.
