This notice explains what personal data Dess Yalı collects, why and for how long we process it, and the rights you have under Turkish data protection law (KVKK No. 6698).
Data controller

What we collect
When you submit a meeting-room booking request we store your name, phone number, email address, company name if given, the number of guests and any note you add. We ask for nothing else, and the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we process it
Your data is used only to assess your booking request, get back to you, schedule the booking and contact you if needed. It is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for entering into and performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and rests on our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). The confirmation you give before submitting the form records that you have read this notice.
Who we share it with
Booking notifications reach our management address through our email service provider. If you choose to complete the booking over WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. We share your data with no one else, in Türkiye or abroad.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for at most 12 months from the booking date and then deleted. Incomplete and expired requests are cleared sooner.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send your request to the address or contact channels above; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Only the authorised administrator account can read booking records; the admin panel is password protected and login attempts are rate limited.
